We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, brand development, and managing social media platforms. This role is a blend of design creativity and digital strategy, responsible for producing engaging content across all social media channels and supporting the company’s marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

1.Develop and create compelling visual content for digital platforms, including website banners, social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, and presentations.

2.Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other print marketing materials as needed.

3.Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.

4.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet campaign objectives.

5.Edit photos and videos to create engaging multimedia content.

6.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


Social Media Coordination:

1.Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.

2.Develop and implement a social media content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and business goals.

3.Create engaging, original content, including posts, stories, videos, and interactive content to boost user engagement.

4.Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve strategy and audience reach.

5.Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

6.Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, engagement, and areas for improvement.

7.Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and design trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.


Marketing Collaboration:

1.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all graphic and social media content supports overall marketing goals.

2.Assist in brainstorming and creating new strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

3.Coordinate with other departments to create content that supports company-wide initiatives, events, and product launches.

4.Help organize and promote digital campaigns, product releases, and special events across various platforms.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

Proficiency in graphic design software and experience with video editing tools

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, trends, and analytics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Creativity, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
