Our expertise as a team has enabled us to provide powerful insights to support better business decisions.The RSA India pricing team supports Personal, Commercial and Specialty Lines Pricing projects across portfolios in UK&I (UK, Ireland, Europe) and North America. The project teams are well integrated with the business units and work on solving problems using advanced actuarial methods. Whilst we demand rigorous technical skills at work, if you have the right attitude, appetite, and mindset to learn and grow with us, you will have the right trainings and mentoring available to you so you can develop well, deliver confidently and be successful at the job There will be opportunities to engage with senior executives across the globe and a merit-based environment to progress your career in the right direction.Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):· Developing pricing models to support and inform business decisions.· Contributing to the development of new pricing approaches and techniques· Assisting with the coaching and development of team membersWho would be a right fit?while we believe there can be no rigid definition of a suitable candidate, we feel some skills and experiences can be indicative of the right fit:-

Experience in General Insurance Actuarial work, with specific experience in pricing, GLM modelling-

Strong technical and analytical background-

Exposure to EMBLEM is an advantage-

Excellent communication skills and Stakeholder management skills-
