They need to have a solid technical background in AI/ML/CV. It's a Technical role for a leader. Programming background is a must, excellent coder is what we enjoy working with. Detail oriented and be antsy about specifics. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Excellent analytical skills, Quick problem-solving ability, decision maker. Has ability to articulate documents and requirement quickly from open speech Be able to type fast for documentation / notes / emails to their teams Knowledge and usability with JIRA / EPIC's, Excel, Google sheets and Agile Techniques Should not work in a silo, loves to work in teams and take leadership Ability to take decisions, Need to be able to lead the team, does not shy away from calling the shots

About the Position: We're looking for engineers who are passionate about developing powerful and efficient applications and platforms that can help solve real time problems. We're looking for people with a keen interest in AI and computer vision who thrive working in a fast-paced and startup environment. The role of this team is to build machine learning systems that can replace human data dependencies at extremely high accuracies.
What You'll do - Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve ML models/infrastructure and software that uses these models. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Prototype and develop deep learning driving systems, perception algorithms on Linux, Java, Android and embedded platforms Prototype and develop systems for inference time optimization Design, implement, test, and maintain perception software that runs on Vehicles. Analyze large datasets and work with raw sensor data Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams and communicate your work to colleagues and management Computer vision & software development Perform Multi-Object Tracking & Multi-Sensor Fusion Sensor calibration & Perception algorithms
Essential Requirements: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (Machine learning/ Artificial Intelligence/Computer Vision/Deep learning) Experience designing and implementing distributed software systems (e.g Java, C++, or Python). Research or Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning. Experience in working with software development in embedded real time systems Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills Advanced experience in CUDA
Preferred Background:
B.Tech/B.Sc. or M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
