Indra Holdings oversees the specialty regional rice brand SWAH and a healthy functional beverage brand and a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage brand. Swah is a luxury rice brand celebrating India's forgotten grains. We bring you more than a dozen of rare rice varieties sourced directly from farmers, wrapped in thoughtful storytelling and exquisite packaging. We exist at the intersection of heritage, taste, and indulgence.

As an early-stage startup focused on strategic growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff to join the Founder's Office, reporting to the Chairman.This position will be groomed for a future CXO role.

At Indra Shakti Ventures, we are building a health company focussing on Future Generations of India. We are keen to create a team of future leaders of India who take a part in creqaating this vision.

Role Overview

Strategic Planning & Founder Support

  • Act as a
    strategic thought partner
    to the Team, providing leverage on key business priorities
  • Translate Founder's vision into
    actionable roadmaps, OKR's, and execution frameworks
  • Lead preparation of
    board-level presentations, investor decks, and leadership reviews

Market Research & Growth Strategy

  • Drive
    in-depth market research, category analysis, and market sizing
    for staples and RTD beverages
  • Conduct
    competitive benchmarking, trend tracking, and new space space analysis
    for expansion
  • Identify
    new category opportunities, partnerships, and international growth avenues

Business & Financial Modeling

  • Build
    detailed financial models
    for new product launches, channel expansion, and investments
  • Conduct
    scenario planning, ROI assessment, and sensitivity analysis
    for business decisions
  • Support due diligence for
    M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships

Go-to-Market (GTM) & FMCG Expansion

  • Design
    GTM playbooks
    for new product launches and brand extensions
  • Develop
    pricing, trade margin, and promotion frameworks
    aligned to FMCG channels (GT, MT, E-com, Q-com)
  • Shape
    packaging and portfolio strategies
    based on consumer insights and market dynamics

Program & Project Management

  • Own and manage
    critical cross-functional projects
    , ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and track
    KPI's, dashboards, and scorecards
    for business units and projects
  • Establish
    project governance frameworks
    for efficiency and accountability

Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence

  • Drive
    business performance reviews
    , identify gaps, and recommend interventions.
  • Track
    trade marketing ROI, salesforce productivity, and operational cost levers
    .
  • Lead initiatives for
    process improvements and organizational effectiveness
    .

Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with
    Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR
    to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Serve as the
    bridge between the Founder and leadership team
    , ensuring clarity of priorities.
  • Represent the Founder's Office in key external stakeholder discussions when required.

REQUIREMETS:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Strategy, or Economics from a acclaimed University
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    FMCG (mandatory),
    corporate finance and management consulting will be a plus.
  • Strong expertise in market research, market sizing, and financial modelling
  • Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, distribution models, and brand building.
  • Exceptional skills in analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and communication.
