Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world.  Wood India Consulting division is currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer - Asset Integrity to join the team focusing on ALO projects within our Digital Consulting Division. This position is based in Chennai and because success in the role will require in-person contact with the team, remote work is not an option. The Role   The Senior Engineer – Asset Integrity will be responsible for collecting and consolidating data from various sources to support the development of integrity studies. This role also serves as the key representative for the asset integrity discipline across contracts, projects, and service lines.  Our Clients and Projects  Designing the future. Our Asset Lifecycle Optimisation business unit provides Integrity Management Services, Structural Integrity Engineering, Computational Analysis and Rotating and Reciprocating Equipment Control to our clients. We support our clients across conventional energy to ensure Energy Security and play a key role in decarbonising assets. We also work closely with clients across the Energy Transition sector supporting projects across Hydrogen transportation and production, and Carbon Capture, Storage and Utilisation (CCUS). Expected: Bachelor of Engineering degree; Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty preferred;  5+ years’ experience in the field of upstream O&G required; Understanding the functionality of subsea production, water injection, gas lift, and export systems equipment and their typical failure mechanisms Proficient in the following areas: Subsea oil and gas production Subsea Integrity Management Pipeline Integrity Management Risk assessments and inspection/NDT Construction codes of pressure vessels and process piping Experience with integrity management databases Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including engineers, managers, inspectors, etc Self-motivated, ability to analyze problems, identify root causes of integrity threats and develop solutions Candidates familiar with SAP, PCMS, Nexus, etc is a plus Candidates familar with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME, API, NACE, DNV is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Legal ability to work in US without sponsorship. undefined
