City Manager – QR/EDC Sales (Global Fintech Giant)Company: Earlihire (Hiring for a leading Global Fintech Giant launching its business in India)Job Type: Full-time | Paid PositionLocation: Gurugram / Noida / Delhi NCRTravel Requirement: Moderate city-level travel requiredAbout the RoleWe’re partnering with a global fintech leader expanding rapidly in India. As City Manager – QR/EDC Sales, you will spearhead business operations and sales growth in your assigned region. You’ll be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, scaling payment acceptance infrastructure (QR & EDC terminals), and managing one of the largest on-ground sales teams in the fintech space.This is a leadership role with strategic accountability — combining sales execution, operational excellence, and people management.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large city sales force of 500+ field executives and team leads- Drive merchant acquisition and activation for QR codes, POS, and EDC payment terminals- Monitor and achieve city-level KPIs for merchant signups, active usage, and transaction volumes- Implement sales processes, performance tracking systems, and productivity dashboards- Collaborate with central teams on marketing campaigns, pricing, and partner programs- Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and operational standards- Identify and onboard strategic channel partners and distributors for deeper penetrationQualifications- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QR/EDC, payments, fintech, or financial services sales- Proven experience managing large-scale field teams (minimum 300+ members)- Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant onboarding, and fintech operations- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentCompensation₹35–50 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives + Stock Options (as applicable)Apply Now:
