Job Description:Project Description: Bluetooth Low Energy Validation Engineer (3–5 years)Location: Bangalore, IndiaWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Validation Engineer to join our wireless connectivity team in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end validation of BLE features and profiles, ensuring robust performance, seamless interoperability, and adherence to industry standards.As a key member of the validation team, you will work on validating BLE protocols such as A2 DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, and HCI across a variety of platforms and devices. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, developing Python-based automation scripts, and collaborating closely with development teams to support feature validation, regression testing, and bug reproduction.This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about wireless communication technologies and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and attention to detail are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) features and profiles including A2 DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, and HCI.Design and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases for BLE connectivity.Analyze logs, debug issues, and drive resolution of interoperability and performance problems across various platforms.Collaborate with development teams to support validation of new features and perform regression testing.Develop Python scripts to automate test cases and enhance test coverage.Ensure conformance with Bluetooth SIG specifications and connectivity standards.Maintain detailed documentation of validation results, defects, and test procedures.Required Skills and Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience in Bluetooth Low Energy validation and debugging.Strong understanding of BLE protocols and profiles (A2 DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, HCI).Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation.Experience with Bluetooth analyzers, sniffers, and protocol log analysis tools.Solid knowledge of wireless communication and interoperability testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
