Role: Looking for Sr. TA Specialist Experience: 5-10 years Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi, Delhi, Preferd Local Candidates *Summary:* We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Printing, Packaging, and Publishing industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent across technical, creative, and operational functions. With 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, manage multiple hiring pipelines, and utilize industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems to ensure timely and high-quality hires. *Responsibilities:* - Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across production, design, engineering, and operations within the printing and packaging sector. - Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to source, engage, and manage high-potential candidates. - Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal hiring demands. - Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and talent communities. - Collaborate with HR and department heads to define role requirements, job descriptions, and offer negotiation. - Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and source-of-hire performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process. - Support employer branding initiatives through consistent engagement on professional platforms. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior talent acquisition team members. Requirements - 5–10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or publishing industries. - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Shine), and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal). - Strong ability to manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail. - Demonstrated success in reducing time-to-hire and improving candidate experience. - Knowledge of industry-specific roles such as print operators, packaging designers, production supervisors, and technical support staff. - Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards in the Indian context.
