Key Responsibilities:

• Take dictation from advocates and transcribe accurately and efficiently.
• Draft civil and criminal legal documents—petitions, affidavits, agreements, case briefs, etc.
• Organize and maintain case files, court records, and legal correspondence.
• Assist in preparing hearing notes and organizing supporting documentation.
• Handle all tasks with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Excellent shorthand and typing speed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), with strong document formatting skills.
• Understanding of legal terminology related to Civil & Criminal law.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Graduate preferred; a Diploma or Certification in Stenography is an advantage.

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
