We are looking for a Technical Architect for our Advanced Capabilities practice to own the delivery of the assigned projects. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the technical design & implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.Collaborate with clients to define their needs and expectations, managing ongoing communications and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.Conducted detailed requirement analysis and scope projects and synchronized team activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members on the functionality and maintenance of new systems and solutions to identify current and future roadmap strategies for the platform.Build capabilities and provide expert guidance, mentorship for ServiceNow development related activities to the team.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to for new/improved Architecture opportunities.Track and ensure the required certifications and deployments are met to maintain the Elite Partnership status of INRY with ServiceNow. Part of it is identifying and assigning certifications to teams with expertise.

Required Skills:6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with a focus on architectural design.Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages.Experienced in implementing at least three different products for enterprises in ServiceNow such as ITSM;

HRSD; ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping;

ITAM; IRM; SPM, IRMExperience with working on ServiceNow platform capabilities, large-scale Service Portals or Employee Centers.Experience with ServiceNow Automation & integrationsExperience with ServiceNow Reporting and AnalyticsExperience with Agile development methodologiesExperience with ServiceNow Performance tuning and OptimizationExperience with ServiceNow family release upgradeExperience with ServiceNow CSDM frameworkExperience with ServiceNow Security and ComplianceServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving ability and time management.Proactive communication skills, presenting technology as business solutions.Good business sense and relationship-building skills.Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity and white spaces and have a start-up mindset.Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on the changing demands of a project.
