Key Responsibilities :
Fundraising Strategy :Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet organizational goals.Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities including individual donors, corporate partnerships, CSR initiatives, foundations, and international donors.Lead efforts to secure grants and sponsorships for ongoing and new projects.Donor Relations :Manage relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.Design and execute donor engagement plans, including regular updates, impact reports, and recognition initiatives.Oversee donor database management and ensure accurate records of donations and pledges.CSR and Compliance :Leverage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities under the Indian Companies Act.Engage with corporates to drive CSR funding and partnerships in alignment with SOCH’s goals and projects.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to CSR and donor funding.Event and Campaign Management :Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, donor events, and corporate engagement initiatives.Lead the design and execution of annual giving campaigns, online fundraising initiatives, and special fundraising events.Reporting and Communication :Create compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for potential donors and stakeholders.Collaborate with the communications team to develop marketing materials that support fundraising efforts, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.Provide regular updates to management on fundraising progress, donor relations, and pipeline development.Team Collaboration :Collaborate with internal teams, including programs, finance, and communications, to align donor activities with organizational priorities.Train and mentor staff in donor relations and fundraising best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Master’s degree in Fundraising, Marketing, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience
in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing high-value donations and grants.Strong knowledge of
CSR laws in India
and experience leveraging corporate partnerships for fundraising.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors.Experience in designing and executing successful fundraising campaigns.Ability to create detailed financial and narrative reports for donors.Proficiency in donor management software and CRM tools.Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in child welfare or social development.Established network with corporates, foundations, and individual donors.Experience working with international donors or development organizations.Work Environment and Benefits :
