Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Analyst - HPLC at Mynvax Private Limited located in Bengaluru. As an Analyst - HPLC, you will be responsible for conducting HPLC analysis on Biological macromolecules -proteins, mAbs etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and contributing to the development of vaccine products.
Qualifications
Work on Agilent HPLC instrument and be well versed with methods such as SEC, RP or IEX for DS, DP and in-process samples.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Should possess working knowledge of biomolecular chromatography, specially HPLC.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for vaccine development
Personnel should have hands-on expertise towards method development, method qualification and method validation as per ICH guidelines.
Prepare and maintain documentation on QC as per regulatory standards.
Maintain/support laboratory programs such as calibration/preventive maintenance, IQ/OQ/PQ
Prepare and review project reports, SOPs, and other documents to ensure compliance to Mynvax’s Quality Management System and contribute to audits as required
