Data EngineerPosition DetailsRole: Data EngineerExperience: 5 + yrsWork Mode: First week in office, Remote/HybridLocations: Trivandrum (Primary), Kochi (Secondary)Budget: ₹9.6 L – ₹14 LNotice Period: Immediate joinersWorking Hours: Normal shiftJoining Date: 27 October 2025Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & maintain ETL pipelines for multiple source systems (SAP, Korber WMS, Op Suite e POS, internal BI).Design & implement SSIS workflows, including staging, data quality rules, and CDC logic.Collaborate with DBA on schema design, indexing, and performance tuning (SQL Server 2019/2022).Build reusable scripts & components for data loading, transformation, and validation.Perform unit testing, documentation, and version control using Git Lab/Jenkins CI/CD.Align data models with reporting needs by collaborating with backend developers and analysts.Troubleshoot & resolve data-related issues during development and post-deployment.Required Skills & Experience5–6 years in Data Engineering / ETL DevelopmentHands-on SSIS, SQL Server 2019/2022, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, CDCETL development for ERP/Warehouse systems (SAP preferred)Dimensional modeling – star schema, SCD2Experience with SAP, WMS, POS, retail systemsKnowledge of data quality frameworks, staging strategies, workflow orchestrationFamiliar with CI/CD for data workflows (Git Lab, Jenkins)Exposure to AI code accelerators for development tasksStrong communication & documentation skills
