Medical Coding Team Lead Outpatient (OP)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Coding Team Lead OP to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in outpatient coding, and a passion for driving quality and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Outpatient Medical Coding - ED ,ENM, Surgery.
  • Should have mininum 6 months of expereince in Handling a team.
  • Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
