Role - API Project Management Role (for R&D / Peptide - Pharma Business)Job Location - Based at BangaloreShould be in Pharma industry preferably in API project/program mgmt.Responsibilit ies:-- Ensure project/program GOALs/targets are achieved in desired time.- Should be able to complete the project within the constraints of project triangle.- Should be able to interact and get all the cross functional team members together and come to common consensus as per the project requirements to achieve the project deliverables.- To ensure project timelines in line with the business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).- Collaborate with various stakeholders like R&D/Regulatory/ Clinical/IPR/Analytical R&D/ Ops/ Quality/ SCM) to execute the project activities in line with the plan.- To be aware of cGMP guidelines, SOP’s & relevant guidelines.- Should have knowledge of different concepts of project management and the tools of project management to monitor the project effectively.- Should be able to generate regular MIS report as per the agreed frequency.- Should have knowledge of QA and regulatory requirements of pharma industry.R equired Education/ Exp:-- Experience Req.: 9 yrs. - 15yrs. of experience in program mgmt.- Qualification: - B.Tech./M.Tech./ M.Sc. / MBAPersonal Attributes: -- Exp with PMP Certification would be preferred.- Should be energetic, possess good communication skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinkings.- Should be computer literate having good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP.- Should have working knowledge of MS project and Proficient in Microsoft Office etc.- Should be a team player, ca n be contribute individually.- Handling API R&D projects will be right fit.Candidates with relevant exp., kindly share CVs to app ly on : indly mention below details:- Do you have exp in API Program/Project mgmt. role in Pharma Industry.- Current CTC- PMP Certified people would be an advantage.- Have you worked in API Projects.- Notice Period.- Hope you ready to relocate to Bangalore - onsite job.
