Job Description :
We are seeking a polite, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist for our clinic. The ideal candidate should be able to manage front desk operations, handle patient queries, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between patients and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the clinic.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information about services.
- Assist in billing, collecting payments, and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, messages).
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience as receptionist/front office executive (freshers can apply).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Appointment software preferred).
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or local language).
- Polite, professional, and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and handle patients with empathy.
