The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals across both digital and print media. This role demands creativity, precision, and a passion for turning ideas into powerful visual stories.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design visual assets for social media campaigns, websites, advertisements, and digital marketing initiatives.Develop engaging brand collaterals , including brochures, flyers, pamphlets, banners, posters, and presentations.Work collaboratively with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to create designs that align with brand strategy and objectives.Translate briefs and creative concepts into visually stunning layouts and campaigns.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging creative techniques relevant to the digital space.Demonstrate strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail, typography, color balance, and layout composition.Provide creative input and visual direction during brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions.Requirements1–2 years of professional design experience , preferably in a digital or creative agency .Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, and print design work.Excellent sense of visual composition, color theory, and brand aesthetics.Ability to handle multiple design briefs under tight deadlines with creativity and precision.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
