We are currently seeking an Ops Support Analyst I, IRT to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Ops Support Analyst I, IRT at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for clinical trials. You will assist in system troubleshooting, data management, and ensure that IRT solutions operate efficiently, contributing to the seamless execution of clinical studies. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, life sciences, or a related field. What You Will Be Doing: Years of Experience : 1-5years in Voice process. Voice based role where the candidate will be providing first-line support for Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems used in clinical trials, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving queries. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of IRT-related issues. Monitoring IRT system performance and data accuracy to ensure smooth operation during clinical trials. Maintaining system documentation, user guides, and training materials for IRT-related processes. Supporting system validation, testing, and upgrades to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure optimal functionality. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, life sciences, or a related field. Basic understanding of IRT systems and their role in clinical trials, with an interest in learning more about the technology. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Good communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across functional teams.
