Collaborating with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications. Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other channels. Coordinating and conducting interviews. Screening and evaluating candidates. Creating and assessing assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude. Negotiating job offers and salary packages. Working with HR in the recruiting process. Adhering to corporate guidelines and policies. Hiring individuals who align with the organization’s culture. Running new hire training programs for smooth onboarding. Contributing to HR projects and collaborating with other departments. Continuously learning new HR processes and adapting to industry best practices.**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and staffing agencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow legal guidelines when selecting candidates. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
