Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Sales Associate at Shivam Electronics, located in Ahmedabad. The Electronic Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding product features and benefits, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include assisting customers with product selection, providing training on electronic devices, managing sales transactions, and maintaining product displays.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Training skills related to electronic devices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in electronics or sales is a plus
  • Previous experience in electronics sales or retail is preferred
