THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to kickstart your career in technology? At Sapaad, we're on a mission to redefine the F&B experience through our cloud-based POS and restaurant management platform.

We're looking for Junior QA Engineers (6-Month Contract, Full-time) to join our global team. This is a contractual position , ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) who want to learn, grow, and develop real-world skills in a dynamic SaaS work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Understand Sapaad's products, ecosystem, and roadmap to test effectively
  • Build structured test cases, test plans, and automation scripts
  • Identify, report, and track defects, bugs, and usability issues
  • Collaborate with developers to replicate and resolve defects
  • Perform usability, performance, and load testing
  • Certify builds as production-ready and help ensure high-quality releases
  • Stay up to date with QA tools, testing strategies, and industry best practices

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 0–2 years of experience in software testing or related fields
  • Interest in web application testing (prior exposure is a plus, not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude , eager to learn and grow
