JD for SAP Project Manager- (Base Location- Hyderabad)The primary role of the SAP Project Manager will be to drive SAP Implementation & Transformation projects aligned with aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as Issue/Time/Cost/Risk/Communication/Quality/Resource/Session Managements. Responsible to lead project teams to develop and launch new product initiatives. Project Manager will plan and manage multiple related projects including, cost/benefit analysis, estimation of budgets, timelines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. TheSA Project Manager will also assist in the development of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and project outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.Create detailed project plans and execute themUnderstand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and drive adoptionCoordinate involvement of SAP consultants and support resources and lead them in projectProperly make reports and escalation to management or executive levelManage project scope, resources (human, financial etc.) and schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines.Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in multi-vendor and multi country environment.Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management,communication plan, risk and mitigation plan, implementation and cutover plan.Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings.Required Skills:Overall, 7-10 years of experienceProven experience in leading SAP projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end)MUST have strong Functional knowledge in any SAP Modules like

FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM .

ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW and HCM is NOT requiredExperience in Project Management ToolsDemonstrated project management skillsCertifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 is preferredExcellent Project Management SkillsGood leadership, inter-personal and motivational skillsExperience in Cloud solutionsBachelors in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalentGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Knowledge and experience of other agile, lean and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skillsAbility to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
