For more information, visit overviewThe role of Practice Director at Everest Group is client-facing and involves advising clients on critical global services decisions. This includes providing in-depth analysis on various global sourcing domains such as location optimization, governance structures, workforce strategy, sourcing models in outsourcing/offshoring, and cost optimization. The individual in this position will lead multiple capabilities essential for business growth and manage a team of analysts dedicated to these areas. Responsibilities encompass capability or practice area development, including business development, capability building, team development, and project delivery. Project delivery entails custom research, advisory work for Fortune 1000 clients, publishing research, and addressing client inquiries, among other tasks. Additionally, this role requires delivering presentations to large audiences, such as at conferences and webinars. The candidate must be adept at participating in the sales cycle, consulting, presenting to diverse audience sizes, collaborating with senior executives, developing complex scenarios, setting research agendas, and tackling strategic global sourcing issues with clients.
