Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist with a flair for creating visually compelling content that connects with audiences and enhances brand presence. This role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals for both digital and print mediums, aligned with our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

  • Develop and design visually appealing creatives, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Create high-quality graphics for both print (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital campaigns (social media, website, emailers).

Tools & Technical Work

  • Use advanced graphic design tools such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar to produce professional-quality designs.
  • Adapt and repurpose designs for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Work with image editing, retouching, and enhancement to deliver premium-quality visuals.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and visual requirements.
  • Translate concepts and briefs into creative designs that meet deadlines.
  • Support other departments with any design needs for events, presentations, and promotional activities.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
  • Suggest fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in professional graphic design roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro) is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
