The Role:The SFCC Developer will work as part of the Digital Platforms CRM IT team to support and enhance the Salesforce implementations for Logitech Services business group. Collaborate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and IT subject matter experts to support the day to day operational and project releases in Salesforce.Partner with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architects to fulfill solutions by working with developers and other team members to deliver within project and operational release timelines.Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, scope effort, plan and execute future releasesParticipate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as requiredAssist in documenting technical solutions for new projects and integrations while assisting with the existing technology portfolio through proposing improvements and alternativesGuide development team on solution delivery primarily on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements using SFCC/Demandware API and development patterns, Support existing integrations between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce & 3rd party APIs, develop new interfaces as neededDocument and develop code according to specifications and standardsAct as an escalation point for technical issuesKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

At least 4+ years experience working in the IT industry3+ years of experience developing high-end enterprise-grade SFCC (Demandware) B2C implementations.Expert in the integration of SFCC with other backend systems (SFDC, SFMC, Payment Gateways, SAP, .Proficient in SFCC backend Jobs and Service framework.Expertise in developing backend APIs (B2CC, OCAPI and REST)Expertise in server-side scripting.Knowledge in Business Manager setup, configuration, and flows.Expertise in Unit Test and Integration Development.Expertise in Source control (Github)Must have SFCC B2C Developer CertificationWorking experience in REST/SOAP web services and tools like PostmanSolid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming conceptsKnowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plusIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

Atleast 2 end to end B2C implementation project experience in SFCC.B2C Commerce Developer certification is highly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagementMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team membersExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service mentality while being curious, methodical, rational, analytical, and logical.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalentSmall Company. Big Products.
