Qualified as Graduate/Chartered Engineer.Have a proven record as a Project Engineer on a number of projects.  Project Role Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment on a national basis & global basisThe ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is requiredMust be detail oriented, have strong project management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once Business Development Ability to develop relationships with Directors, Project Managers and Clients.Develop network of contacts.Be ambassadors for the Company.  Company Role Demonstrate ability to lead and take responsibility for projects. Prepare initial schemes and produce design philosophy on projects· Ability to manage team of talented young engineers and BIM technicians.Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project.Role will normally be as project engineer on projects of various sizes.
