Digital Adoption and Branding Specialist Experience: 8+ years of experience ,relevant 2+ years (Digital adoption and Branding) Location:

Onsite--Bengaluru Skill Area: Digital adoption, communication partner, branding, Organizational change management, project management, UX and Design Thinking methodologies Main Technology: M365 suite of products, Mandatory Skills: Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in communication , branding , or consultancy . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent at creating communication, adoption material . Execution of Organizational change management process for global technology projects. You are good at identifying risks and proactively act on them and also have a knack for latest tech in M365 space. Are good at building relations, communicating, and managing stakeholders on different organizational and technical competency levels. Ability to work well in a constantly developing, changing and global environment. Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required. Experience with UX and Design Thinking methodologies is an advantage. Optional Skills: Windows, iOS device OS related knowledge-pilot Roles & Responsibilities: Communication and adoption campaign towards all employees in Client and specific to APAC region ,on how to apply the different digital workplace technologies and solutions (mainly M365 tools, Windows upgrade etc.). Create engaging and impactful communication/ OCM material for end user adoption. Analyze and create feedback loop on user needs using different methods to ensure both qualitative and quantitative data collection.

Elicits requirements using i nterviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, use cases etc. and present to the team. Design and deliver training and adoption programs to help employees effectively use digital tools and technologies.
