Compliance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Compliance Specialist
Location: Pune, Aundh
What you will do:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Candidates should be aware of Quality, Training, Complaints and Operational functions in collections
Candidate able to interact with trainees and tenured employees about compliance team updates.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify compliance risks, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
Candidates should have experience in Third Party Agencies Audit check points
Able to multitask across all functions within the Collections Unit
Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or other business purposes.
Relevant experience in the financial industry contact center will be preferred.
Experience range:
5 Years of experience in Compliance. Preferred experience in Domestic -Collections / Call Center in BFSI (Credit Card/Personal Loan).
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory.
Should have hands on @MS- Office; specifically; Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
Communication : Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
