Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at The Dhindora Club in Kolkata. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to drive business growth.

QualificationsExperience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign OptimizationAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insightsProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM softwareStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldCertifications in Google AdWords or Analytics are a plus
