AV Engineer

Location : Noida

Exp : 6 to 9 years

Skills :

1. Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, UCCE, VoIP, Audio DSPs, Video Codecs, Control systems, BlueJeans, Zoom, MS Teams, MTRoA & MTRoW systems.

2. Must have strong communication skills, both written & verbal and the ability to work in a team. Day-to-day support, remote installation, configuration and troubleshooting of video conferencing equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained.

3. Hands-on experience in supporting, trouble shooting and administering Cisco Call manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms and UCCE.

4. Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP and XMPP. Identify, track, and resolve problems within the AV systems that are required in an large integrated conference room.

5. Exposure to Video Codecs from Exposure to Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom Sound Structure) is a plus

7. Strong technical ability to adapt to environmental change with diverse technologies is a plus

8. Knowledge of Monitoring tools is a plus.

9. Exposure to MS Teams, Robin, Crestron & MS PowerShell programming is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

1. Network/Telecom Administration :

This person would be responsible to provide operational support for our Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure (Cisco+Dolby+MTR+BlueJeans+Zoom). Integrated rooms with Crestron control systems + DM Switcher & Biamp DSP, Multiple cameras, Extenders etc.

2. This includes incident management through SNOW, basic Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and liaising with vendor or internal L3 teams to fix hardware/software issues.

3. Documentation -Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports.

Qualification & Experience : Bachelors in Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Experience in leading engineering teams
