Position Overview:


This role involves managing the division responsible for social media insights generation using data extraction and reporting processes from a SaaS platform. The position requires ensuring the eventual responsibility of team and BU/ client stakeholder management, clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal of the data presented. Additionally, it involves conducting quality checks, managing deadlines, and communicating effectively to ensure timely report delivery. Responsiveness to feedback and continuous improvement of reporting materials are also crucial aspects of this role. The role will also be responsible for building capabilities in the domain that further enhance deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage in regular interactions with clients/BU to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct research, develop improvement plans, and implement solutions for client/BU.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss the BU’s programs, portfolio, and strategic direction.
  • Generate comprehensive utilization reports by analyzing data to evaluate efficiency and productivity, and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Consistently mentor consultants to foster their growth and exemplify best practices. Manage team performance through regular evaluations and feedback to ensure excellence.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving escalated project issues swiftly and implement effective escalation procedures to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets while implementing robust project management practices to track progress, identify risks, and address deviations promptly for efficient project execution.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Data or related domain with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft/Google Workspace like PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets including Pivot table, macros, charts etc.
  • Overseeing and providing guidance to the team, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in all tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken communication to effectively convey ideas, insights, and information to team members and clients.
  • A genuine interest in social media platforms and trends and a basic understanding of how they function in a business context.
