Responsibility of / Expectations from the RoleDesign, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and scripts to automate data integration processes.Extract data from various sources, apply business rules, and load it into data warehouses or other systems.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the ETL process, adhering to best practices.

Required Technical Skill SetAdvanced proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent.Expertise in data warehousing architecture, data modeling, and database management.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting) for advanced automation and customization.
