Genpact Hiring for Customer service: Voice roles (English) || Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Work Location: Hyderabad / GurgaonLanguages Known: English

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries and customers concernProvide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policiesReproduce customer issues and escalate product bugsProvide excellent customer service to our customersYou should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualificationsGraduate (Any Discipline except Law)Freshers are eligible (Result awaited candidates/ 2024 pass-outs are eligible)Candidates upto 5-year experience in voice process are eligible

Preferred qualificationsEffective probing skills and analyzing /understanding skillsExcellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accentYou should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
