Job Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for providing product automation testing strategies, designing product automation testing solutions, and resolving automation testing issues

- They should also be able to develop product performance testing strategies and plans, and execute performance testing and performance tuning based on the defined plans.

- Any knowledge or experience in the security domain would be an added advantage.

- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset are essential for effective teamwork.

- The candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, project specifications, and business logic.

- They should have the ability to lead and manage the development and execution of automation test scripts.

- Additionally, knowledge and experience in SDLC, including SCRUM Agile processes, are required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product automation testing strategies, design solutions, and troubleshoot automation testing issues.

- Develop product performance testing strategies and plans, and conduct performance testing and tuning accordingly.

- Maintain the automated testing framework, ensuring a high daily pass rate and addressing failed test scripts.

- Actively participate in functional, system, stress, and regression testing activities using various automation strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the development team to analyze, debug, and resolve issues.

- Optimize the performance of the automated testing framework to provide quick feedback on product quality.

- Identify and overcome obstacles in the automated testing frameworks, improving their efficiency.

- Configure continuous integration (CI) to support ongoing testing and execution in multiple environments.

- Prepare concise and professional automated test reports and performance test reports to identify areas for product quality improvement.

- Perform and automate installation and deployment testing in a Linux environment.

- Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving approaches.

- Develop optimal automated testing plans for each iteration to ensure high product quality.

- Communicate technical information accurately with suppliers, peers, and customers (business units and manufacturing sites).

- Have a good understanding of common web security vulnerabilities.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Familiarity with Linux systems, Shell scripting, and SQL.

- Proficiency in automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, Allure, and CI.

- Strong knowledge of API automation and UI automation.

- Thorough understanding of software requirements and the ability to write automation test scripts.

- Solid knowledge of mobile devices (especially iOS), servers, applications, and network security principles for comprehensive threat analysis and risk identification.

- Ability to prepare necessary documentation.

- Ability to understand new products and test them from different perspectives.

- Active participation in daily status meetings, reporting and collecting tasks.

- Ability to create detailed testing scenarios.

- Willingness to learn new scripting languages and apply them to product verification and execution.
