About the roleAs part of the residential sales team, you will play a pivotal role in representing our luxury real estate offerings to HNI / Ultra-HNI clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the luxury real estate market as well as your excellent network to enable potential clients find their dream homes. You will work with Ultra-HNI clients to establish trust, develop relationships and close

critical deals.What

You Will Be DoingProactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targetedmarketing efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients, including investors, high-profile individuals, andbusiness leaders.Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations topotential buyers.Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generationto closing deals.Provide regular market analysis and reports regarding the real estate industry to the senior management team.Track and analyse sales data, including conversion

rates and revenue.What You

Bring To The TableExtensive experience in the sale of luxury real estate projects, new real estate project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals.Proven 8-12 years’ experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maint

ain confidentiality.
