Job Title: Placement Intern

Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Holy Tuesday Shopping Mall , Kaloor Ernakulam

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various domains, including Administration and Placements. They assist with managing student databases, employer outreach, event organization, and daily tasks to ensure smooth placement drives and career services — with the possibility of being considered for permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Placement Officer in reaching out to companies for internship and job opportunities.
  • Guide students on basic placement-related queries.
  • Schedule interviews, maintain company contact lists, and follow up on placement requirements.
  • Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, job fairs, and workshops.
  • Maintain and update placement records and reports.
  • Draft emails, prepare notices, and share updates with students.
  • Assist in preparing placement statistics and reports for management.

Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or master's program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Please note that having a laptop and mobile phone is mandatory for this role.
