Looking for a CEO to grow the business of Pioneer Asia groups RE business by 5X over the next 3 years
Responsibilities
- Grow business by 5X in 3 years and 10x in the next 5 years while increasing profitability.
- Scale operations to support a 5X/10X growth in 3/5 years increasing profitability.
- Manage the P&L of the company on a day-to-day basis. d. Achieve operational excellence and effectiveness - on time delivery of turbines and RE projects, lean management, cost reduction , minimum downtime, continuous improvement
- Develop new business models and identify new markets for growth. f. Implement systems and processes to achieve operational excellence in all facets of the business
- Manage day to day sales, operations and working capital of existing businesses manufacturing, execution of projects and O&M services.
- Reduce costs of products, projects and services on year on year basis.
- Identify and develop infrastructure (acquire land and evacuation approvals) for RE projects across states to support 5X growth.
- Develop a network of business partners to sell RE projects based on the P57 and P750 products pan India k. Develop export markets and create brand international brand for the P57 and P750.
- Develop operational ability for a multiband O&M business.
- Develop new products (trackers, large scale turbines) and services to achieve planned growth.
Requirements
- Should have headed and grown a business for a period of 7+ years.
- Should have spear-headed the operations of a growing business for a period of 7+ years.
- Should have a track record of drastically scaling a business /scaling operation d. Business Leadership - Track record of strong people management and, building and developing teams,
- Strong in developing and implementing systems and processes.
- Strong business acumen.
- Flair for strategy - ability to identify markets and business models to realize rapid growth. h. Background in managing complex operations and working capital management in a high growth environment.
- Risk management – an ability to manage in a highly uncertain environment
- Quality Management - Track record of achieving world class quality.
- Good science and engineering fundamentals
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills. m. Academic Qualifications : BE , MBA.
