Role & responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machines, including welding equipment, CNC machines, and assembly tools, to manufacture automotive components under supervision.
  • Perform basic machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Follow safety protocols and conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
  • Rotate across different machines and production lines as part of your training.
  • Report any equipment issues to supervisors and support daily production goals.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to learn welding techniques, machine handling, and end-to-end company operations like inventory and workflow management.
