Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Company: Employvision Inc. Location: Bangalore - onsite Shift: Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM IST) Experience: 4–6 Years Join: Immediate Joiners Preferred We’re looking for strong US IT Recruiters who are passionate individual contributors, hands-on, and eager to grow with a fast-moving global staffing company. About Us Employvision Inc. is a leading IT consulting and staffing firm headquartered in New Jersey, USA. We support Fortune 500 clients and top MSPs, delivering high-quality talent solutions across IT, Non-IT, and BFSI domains. Role Overview A Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients—direct clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory). Key Responsibilities Full US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → closing). Work on IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements . Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding. Build strong pipelines and maintain client/candidate relationships. Requirements 4–6 years of US Staffing experience (Direct Client + MSP must). Mandatory experience in Non-IT/BFSI hiring . Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours) . Immediate or quick joiners preferred. Why Join Us?
