Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications for our ERP products. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our globally recognized ERP solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of our ERP products.
  • Work closely with development teams to convey technical requirements and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams, addressing any issues or enhancements related to ERP product functionality.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for product improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the ERP domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Experience with ERP systems and understanding of business processes in various industries.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
