Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VRM Executive Sales at Insofy in Faridabad & Aligarh Office . The VRM Executive Sales will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting insurance products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of Life and General Insurance products
• fresh Graduates/undergraduates( final year)/Interns

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell Life and General Insurance products.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, and handle objections effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within defined timelines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
