The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with an eye foruser experience (UX) and design , ensuring our intranet is visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with organizational branding.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementmodern SharePoint Online intranet sites,including team sites, communication sites, and hub sites.Developcustom SPFx web parts, extensions, and applicationstailored to business needs.Implement responsivepage layouts, templates, and brandingfor a consistent intranet experience.Configure and managedocument libraries, lists, metadata, and workflowsto optimize content management.Integrate intranet components withMicrosoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Viva Connections) .Collaborate withUX/UI designersto create visually appealing, user-friendly intranet pages.Customize SharePointsearch, navigation, and personalization featuresfor enhanced usability.Ensuresecurity, permissions, and compliancebest practices in intranet design.Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade SharePoint intranet solutions.Stay up to date with the latestSharePoint Online features, SPFx updates, and Microsoft 365 innovations .Required Skills & CompetenciesSharePoint Online : Modern pages, communication sites, team sites, web parts, lists, libraries.SPFx Development : Web parts, extensions, custom solutions usingTypeScript, React, JavaScript, and CSS .Front-End Development : HTML5, CSS3, React, JSON, REST API integration.Microsoft 365 Integration : Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Viva Connections, Graph API.UX & UI Design : Knowledge of designingresponsive, user-friendly intranet portals .Branding & Theming : Implementing organizational branding and design consistency.Workflow & Automation : UsingPower Automateand SharePoint Designer workflows.Security & Governance : Implementing permissions, data classification, and compliance measures.Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Debugging SPFx solutions, managing large-scale intranet content.
