Teaching

  • Course Planning and Delivery: Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes for BCA students. Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Design and grade exams, assignments, and projects. Provide feedback to students on their academic performance.
  • Curriculum Development: Participate in the development and revision of the BCA curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards and academic requirements.
  • Student Support: Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, helping them with course selection, career advice, and research guidance.

Research

  • Conduct Research: Engage in research activities in areas related to computer applications and technology. Publish research findings in academic journals and conferences.
  • Grant Writing: Apply for research grants and funding to support research projects.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with colleagues and industry partners on collaborative research projects.

Administration

  • Departmental Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative activities.
  • Student Activities: Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs, hackathons, and seminars.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to the accreditation process and quality assurance activities to maintain academic standards.

Professional Development

  • Continued Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of computer applications and technology. Attend workshops, conferences, and professional development courses.
  • Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with peers, industry professionals, and academic institutions.

Community Engagement

  • Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs to promote computer science education and literacy.
  • Industry Collaboration: Establish partnerships with local businesses and industries to provide students with internship and employment opportunities.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
