RPA BOTOps Engineer:

As a Botops Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support, deploying and maintaining automation bots to streamline business processes. This role requires a blend of Infra, cloud, DEVOPS skills, and a keen understanding of business workflows. You will work closely with Dev team and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient solutions. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business success.

Work you will do.

Responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, migration and troubleshooting of servers. Familiarity with Windows Server 2019 R2 and its features to effectively manage server environments.Utilize Azure DevOps platform for managing source control, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and release management. Troubleshooting any issues related to Azure DevOps. Collaborating with development teams to optimize the pipeline for their specific needs. Efficiently managing and configuring the RPA commander tile for smooth execution of bots and effectively resolving any troubleshooting concern.Familiarity with Azure cloud services and ability to manage and deploy resources in Azure.Deploying and managing UiPath robots and processes using Orchestrator. Configuring and maintaining the Orchestrator infrastructure. Monitoring and troubleshooting UiPath robot and process executions. Managing user access and permissions within Orchestrator. Collaborating with development teams to ensure successful integration with UiPath.Handle ServiceNow tickets related to infrastructure and deployment issues, ensure timely resolution, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to servers, applications, and infrastructure. Identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. FPCR, analyzing logs, performance metrics, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems. Collaborating with other teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.Understand and manage the Windows registry for configuration changes and troubleshooting purposes.Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks. Automating routine tasks using PowerShellAble to understand Group Policy settings for server and infrastructure configurations and troubleshooting purpose.Provide support for infrastructure and deployment issues, including analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.Ensure that bot deployments and infrastructure setups adhere to security policies and compliance requirement. Implement best practices for Bot operation and data handling.Maintain documentation for Bot configurations, infra setups and troubleshooting procedures.

Skillset Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in server administration, ServiceNow ticket handling, group policy understanding, infrastructure, and deployment configuration.Proficiency in Git, pipeline (DevOps), AWS or Azure instance, cloud administration, resource management, registry, troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of cloud, windows server administration.Experience with SharePoint, PowerShell, and other Microsoft 365 services.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Microsoft cloud certificationExperience with other low-code/no-code platforms.Knowledge of programming languages such as python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL in an added advantage.
