Your Role:


We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who is obsessed with simplicity, intuitiveness, and driving adoption. You’ll lead both user research and UX design, handling Information Architecture and Customer Journey Maps, ensuring our product delivers a seamless user journey and immediate value. You will be a key partner in shaping our product direction from the very start. If you love challenging the status quo and transforming complexity into simplicity, this role is for you.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead user research to identify ways to simplify the product, improve adoption, and create delightful user experiences.
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that deliver immediate value and create a frictionless user journey.
  • Rapidly prototype, iterate, and test ideas, leveraging customer feedback to refine designs.
  • Work closely with our founders and other cross-functional partners to build a unified product vision.
  • Take ownership of the full design cycle, from the initial concept through research, design, testing, and refinement.
  • Continuously challenge and improve existing designs to keep us ahead of the competition.
