TimeZone: ISTExperience5 to 8 years of experience inCloud HCM Integration space having worked on two or moreimplementations and at least one supportproject.ExperienceRequired:Extensiveexperience in conception and implementation of custom ABAPdevelopment projectsExpertise on integrationtopics in the area of SAP ABAP SAP HCM PA/OMREST/SOAPConception and implementation ofcustom integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP HCMon premises with Bosch Integrationtemplate.Implementation of custom integrationsbetween Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems with Oracle OICdesirable.Advanced development skills in SAPABAP to cover implementation necessary adjustments in customdevelopments.General understanding andadvanced knowledge regarding SAP HCM infotype logic and processesespecially SAP PA&OMExperience/Knowledgein modules Oracle Cloud Core HR Recruitment Compensation TalentManagement Benefits Time & Labor modules ispreferred.Prepareprocess flows data flow diagrams requirement documents designdocument user training and onboarding documents to support upcomingprojects andenhancements.Has goodunderstanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshopsand architect solutions.Knowledge ofintermodule dependencies in Oracle HCMproducts.Aware of all the stages ofimplementationmethodology.EssentialDuties andResponsibilities:
