For more information, visit As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our software solutions and achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance and recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and deliver professional services engagements, including solution design, business analysis, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements, set priorities, and manage project scope. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and technical reports. • Develop and maintain integrations between MasterControl products and client provide via prescribed methods or protocols • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on our software solutions and industry best practices. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, collaborating with sales and account management teams. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery methodologies, processes, and tools. • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the software industry, continuously improving our service offerings and capabilities. • Any other duties in line with the role of Professional Services Consultant • Other duties as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar client-facing role in the software industry. • Strong understanding of software solutions, implementation principles, and industry best practices. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills. • Strong understanding and experience of Manufacturing processes • Strong experience in configurating, managing Manfacturing execution systems (MES) and LogBooks. • Experience with API development and ability to train AI tools for architecture decisions • Experience with Docker and containerization • Understanding of XML, JSON, and other data formats • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns. OAuth and other authentication protocols • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with modern monitoring and logging toolsPREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or with subscription-based products. • Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet). • Relevant industry certifications or professional designations. • Understanding of Quality systems such as QMS, LMS.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS • Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse. • Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg) may be required. • Standard office environment with potential for remote work and travel to client sites. • Frequent travel required.
