Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business System Analyst to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects and ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems. The role involves understanding the existing system, validating the future state design, and developing functional specifications. Key responsibilities include SAP SD/CS module configuration, testing, defect resolution, and supporting post-go-live phases.
Key Responsibilities
Quickly understand the AS-IS system and validate the future state design proposed by the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team.
Assess the impact of design changes on existing systems and document functional specifications.
Create configuration documents and collaborate with technical developers.
Develop and execute test scenarios, including FUT and SIT , and support cutover execution and defect resolution.
Lead the hyper-care phase post-go-live to ensure a smooth transition.
Must-Have Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on SAP experience , focusing on SAP SD and SAP CS modules in a lead position.
Expertise in implementing and supporting SAP CS in a global environment, including PM , Field Service , Internal Repair , and Service Contracts .
Extensive knowledge in:
Master Data Management (Install Base, Customer Master, Material Master, etc.)
Service Contracts, Serial Numbers, and Reporting.
Customization and developments, including Reports, Smart Forms, and Custom Z Transactions.
Experience with S/4 HANA and its integration with timekeeping systems.
Strong debugging skills and ability to read SAP ABAP code.
Proven experience in analyzing, developing, and testing integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Demonstrated leadership in Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation projects.
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on service processes for Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers , Medical Equipment Manufacturers , or similar industries.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics , Field Service Management , and Power BI .
Proven ability to report progress and deliverables to PMO and stakeholders.
Skills Required
SAP SD and CS module configuration.
SAP CS module implementation/support.
Expertise in Master Data , Service Orders , and Maintenance Processes .
Basic SAP ABAP debugging and code reading.
Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Experience with S/4 HANA .
Leadership in digital transformation projects.
