However, we also have vast experience in actively catering to the client's General Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity needs. 85% of our clients are foreign investors in India. We are hiring for the General Corporate team that manages transaction documentation, legal advisory, commercial negotiations, financial regulatory registrations and compliances.
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Associate in General Corporate team at AK & Partners in Delhi, India.
Candidate is expected to:
  • Be capable of independent review of drafts and legal research
  • Delegation of work and giving constructive feedback
  • Basic skillset for commercial negotiation and client engagement
Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in law minimum
  • Work Experience in General Corporate of 2-3 years preferably in a law firm
