Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Boomi Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi platform development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex integration solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of enterprise-grade integration patterns and best practices. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a subject matter expert on the Boomi platform.---Key Responsibilities· Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end integration solutions using the Dell Boomi platform.· Architect and implement complex integrations between various on-premise and cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).· Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Boomi projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and production support.· Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations related to Boomi integrations.· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Boomi processes for performance and reliability.· Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes, designs, and configurations.· Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices of the Dell Boomi platform.---Required Skills and Qualifications· 7+ years of experience as a Dell Boomi developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.· Extensive experience with Boomi Atomsphere, API Management, Master Data Hub (MDH), and B2B/EDI.· Deep knowledge of integration patterns, such as synchronous, asynchronous, publish/subscribe, and request/reply.· Proficiency in web services technologies (SOAP, REST) and data formats (XML, JSON).· Experience with various connectors, including but not limited to, Salesforce, SAP, database (JDBC), and FTP.· Solid understanding of database concepts and the ability to write complex SQL queries.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.· Dell Boomi certification(s) is a significant plus.
